Community price list for Art Factory premises

Registered associations, social enterprises, foundations, charities, working groups, and individuals can book premises at the Art Factory for various meetings, seminars, trainings and other events at a community price.

Avanti Hall

The reservation of the Avanti Hall includes the Avanti hall, an unguarded cloakroom, balcony, rear foyer, passageway, backstage and dressing rooms.

Basic shape: flat floor and raked seating. If the pit has already been opened by the city, it is included in the basic price. If the pit needs to be opened and closed for the event, an additional fee (€2,000 + VAT) will be charged for it.

The Factory Hall booking includes the Factory Hall with basic furnishings, i.e., either seminar style or table groups, no raised seating area, an unguarded cloakroom, passageway and dressing rooms. Please note! The combination Factory hall + foyer is not available for booking.

General Terms and Conditions

The price applies to reservations that take place within 24 hours. The price includes basic cleaning. If the space is not left as clean as it was from the start, the customer will be charged separately for additional cleaning. Prices include the current VAT.

Furniture

The community price includes the use of the house’s furniture (tables, chairs, pallet structure). Furnishing for certain seating arrangements.

Lighting and technology. The community price includes basic lighting, guidance on the use of basic technology (sound equipment, projector).

Technical support during the event. (No staff will be continuously present at the event, but assistance is available for the use of basic technology (sound equipment, projector) and in situational problems).

An additional technician: 60 € + VAT / hour (+evening and weekend extras) + technology according to use.

Safety and restrictions on use

Forklifts, manlifts and the like may not be used on one’s own initiative.

Cancellation terms

Confirmation

  • The reservation is binding when the Art Factory has confirmed the reservation to the customer in writing.
  • Changes and cancellations are only accepted when sent in writing.
  • We reserve the right to arrange the premises so that they correspond to the number of customers and the use of premises.
  • The person responsible for paying the invoice is considered the event’s responsible organiser.

The customer’s responsibility

  • The customer is obliged to protect the rented premises and furniture from damage.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the property or movables by the customer’s equipment, staff, performers or participants at meetings.
  • The customer is responsible for the equipment and movables that they bring.
  • The customer agrees to follow the instructions given by the company’s staff in matters concerning the use of the house, furniture and equipment.

Transfer of agreement

  • The customer does not have the right to transfer the contract or hand over the rented premises to a third party without the consent of the Art Factory.
  • When the customer cancels the reservation for premises or a meeting, the Art Factory has the right to charge the customer based on the terms below.

Cancellation of the reservation

The reservation may be cancelled under the following conditions:

Meeting rooms

  • If cancelled 30–14 days before the event, the customer will be charged 50% of the total value of the event.
  • If cancelled 14–0 days before the event, the customer will be charged 100% of the total value of the event.

Factory Hall

  • If cancelled 120–90 days before the event, the customer will be charged 50% of the total value of the event.
  • If cancelled 90 days before the event, the customer will be charged 100% of the total value of the event.

Avanti Hall

  • If cancelled 180–120 days before the event, the subscriber will be charged 50% of the total value of the event
  • If cancelled 120 days or less than the event, the customer will be charged 100% of the total value of the event

The consumer (a natural person who makes a reservation mainly for non-business activities) has a 14-day right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. This right does not apply to companies, associations and other legal entities
